Liar Liar

Can someone explain why the Supreme Court should not reconsider its decision on the case of the lady who won the right not to make websites for same sex weddings, when she lied that a per gay person (who was straight and actually married in fact) asked her to design a site?  She should at least be investigated for possible perjury.
