These lawmakers have literally left part of themselves behind on the battlefield. Perhaps they can get together and come up with solutions to the VA’s problems and more programs for our injured soldiers.

Illinois Senator Tammy Duckworth lost both of her when her helicopter was shot down over Iraq
Texas Congressman Dan Crenshaw lost an eye to an IED in Afghanistan
Florida Congressman Brian Mast lost both of his legs to an IED in Afghanistan
Indiana Congressman Jim Baird lost an arm in Vietnam
And of course, as a Posthumous selection for membership: John McCain.
